Our Menu Commitment
We’re committed to providing you a wide selection of great tasting healthy food and beverages.
In today’s fast-paced society, choosing food options that are good for you is more important than ever. Our menu selections are developed, tested and evaluated by our culinary experts.
At point of service, white recipe identification cards are available, to provide accurate nutrition information for each menu selection. Nutrition information is provided for one individual serving. While adherence to recipes and serving sizes is our goal, actual nutrition content can vary from the information provided due to variations in preparation, serving size, or product substitution. The variation is part of the process of custom preparing and serving high-quality food.
The Terrace Dining Room is a peanut and tree-nut free establishment. Original recipes that may have contained nuts are modified on site, to exclude any nut products, including sauces and baked goods. Additionally, recipes are screened for the top 8 major allergens, which contribute to the most common food allergies and food intolerances. We recognize the importance of offering great-tasting, healthy food options and continually improve our menus to reflect the dietary needs of our consumers.
AU Dining Commitment
- Locally Sourced: At AU, we’re committed to working with local and sustainable ingredients as much as possible based on seasonality, quality and availability.
- Responsibly Sourced: We care where our food comes from. We strive to provide cage-free eggs and sustainable seafood when available.
- Freshly Made: We serve fresh meals, made from scratch. The old adage “fresh is best” holds true today, from our produce to meat options to our bakery selections. Even our pizza dough is made in house. The Fresh Food Company is a fresh approach to food and we stand behind it.
- Nutritionally Balanced: We strive to offer food choices that not only taste great but are nutritionally balanced. Plant-based options are available at all meals in the TDR and at many retail dining locations. Please visit our list of locations for individual menus to assist you in making choices to match your lifestyle needs.
Individual support and attention for students with food allergies.
We recognize and accommodate your dietary needs in a way that’s personalized, sensitive and supportive. In fact, we pride ourselves on working with you, to make sure you can find the food that fits YOUR life.
